Wider view of the Erewash Valley bridge looking Westwards at Codnor Park. The Passenger lines bridge (this side) is the same profile in both arches, lacking the stone infill which restricts the northern arch of the Goods line (other side) bridge. The B600 to the villages of Jubilee, Alma, Jacksdale, Underwood and Watnall curves out of sight over the GNR Pinxton branch bridge and up the hill. Codnor Park station is up the driveway to the right on the embankment. I believe it had wooden buildings to keep the weight down, of which only at most one survives today.   (4/22)
